Beijing, China, Sept. 1 -- Seaward Electronics Incorporated today announced mass-production of SE5509, a Low Noise, Low Ground Current, and Low Dropout 300mA LDO regulator for wireless and MPEG4 and other Portable applications.

Typical Low Dropout Voltage of 200mV at 70mA.?
Max Output Current up to 300mA.
Typical Low Ground Current at 21μA?
